#1 - HOSER'S NOTES I
The document is at FORT QUITO, SAGRADO, QUITO in the south east corner of the fort inside the control room.
The room that has the key to the door of the nuclear material in the beginning of the game.
#2 - HOSER'S NOTES II
The document is at MCKAY GLOBAL OFFICES, MIRADOR CAPE, LA JOYA.
It's on the reception desk at the ground floor at the main entrance.
#4 - HOSER'S NOTES IV
At CARDOSO MILL, CATALINA RIDGE, LA JOYA. North west of the MCKAY GLOBAL ACID PLANT.
On ground floor of the building is a destroyed "garage".
There is an old metal table lying on the floor (see screenshot). The document is right next to it on the floor.

The document is at MCKAY GLOBAL OFFICES, MIRADOR CAPE, LA JOYA.
It's on the desk in one of the offices.
