Go to EL DUELO FALLS, SOMBREADO GORGE, CONUCO.
Right next to the Horse Pickup at the east is a cave entrance with a Libertad Crate inside.
The document is inside a bottle above the Libertad Crate.

North of PARAISO COAST SQUARE, OLD PUEBLO, ESPERANZA are two small towers.
The one to the right has a grapple to get to the roof.
The document is standing on a cannon inside a bottle.
At the end, where you reach the half sunken pirate ship and you dive through to the other side, there is a skeleton holding a book.
