The note can be picked up at this destroyed village.
Now all you need to do is find 5 bodies and throw them into the firepit. Best hint: Look out for "x" on your compass hud at the top center.
But here they are:
1 | Next to the fire pit
2 | A bit further back on one of the benches
3 | Inside the house
4 | On a wooden platform
5 | On the wooden platform high up where the zipline is
The stone wall opens up and you can get the stash.
