Background Info

After finding out that someone was jamming the train signals and dealing with it, Spider-Man goes to the train depot. It's run over by bad guys. After taking them down silently, Spider-Man has to put the trains back on track manually.
Here's a step-by-step guide how to do it.

Location Map:

Step 1

Move the train car on the turntable first.
The goal is to get it in front of the tunnel to get it moving.
Use the R1+L1 Buttons to pull the turntable, so the tracks are facing the tunnel.

Step 2

Now go to the tunnel end and pull the train off the turntable towards the tunnel.

Step 3

Now move the turntable by 90 degrees with R1+L1 so you can get the train on the tracks on it next.

Step 4

Now pull the train onto the turntable.

Step 5

Now turn the turntable again with R1+L1 so the second train cart is right behind the first one.

Step 6

Get on top of the hanging train. Web Yank (R1+L1) the gear to let the train car down and quickly block the gear with a web (R1) so the train car doesn't go up again.

Step 7

The train needs power now but the power panel is broken. There is a generator that you can hit with a venom charge L1+Square.

Last Step

Connect the power panel with the generator. Aim at the generator with L2 and web it with R1.
Keep holding L2 and connect the tether with the power coil above the power panel.
