All Storage Containers at Mechanics of Wasteland
Data Pad 1:
Data Pad 1 is at ground level in the room.
Storage 1 and Data Pad 2:
Both are in the room upstairs but the access door is locked.
To get in, go back down to ground level. There is a climb spot with pink ropes. Climb up there and you will see that one of the upstairs windows are boarded up with pink boards.
Destroy those and climb in.
