General Advice for this Story:
Since you have to drink a lot, the Ability "EX Drunken Fist" is super useful.
When drunkenness is at 6 or above you can fight one group outside and drunkenness drops to zero.
So you can go back to the bar and continue with the story...

HEAD TO GIRL'S BITE
After talking to Amasawa at the MRC, head to the marked bar on the map in Yokohama. It's in the southeast.
Pay 2000 to enter.
You'll now get the Dating Tutorial.
The goal is to improve the friendship between you and the girl.
Go ahead and succeed in increasing the friendship.
Her favourite drink is the pink one.

CONTINUE INVESTIGATING AT GIRL'S BITE
Keep coming back to the bar to raise your friendship level with the girls.
Drink and talk to Haruko until you reach the first lock in the friendship bar.

You'll then get the Side Case: Between Blood and Booze
Talk to Haruko at the Girls' Bar to continue with this Case.
Fill her bar to the lock again by drinking and talking.
When you are at the lock, you need to exit and re-enter the bar to start the cutscene.
Talk to Haruko's dad.
SIDE CASE CLOSED - MAX Friendship with Haruko.

Next time you enter, you see Emily sitting around. Talk to her.

Next, you can talk to Ayaha.
Drink with her until you reach her lock.
Her favourite drink is the yellow one.
Then leave the bar and come back again to start the cutscene.
The Side Case: Random Fandom starts.
Fill Ayaha's bar again to the next lock.
Then you have to leave and come in again to start the cutscene.
You learn that Ayaha's out and you should head to Jinnai Station to find her.
Help her and meet her at the bar again.
SIDE CASE CLOSED - MAX Friendship with Ayaha.

Back in the bar, Emily seems to be friendlier...

Drink and chat with Miu.
FIll her bar to the lock.
Her favourite drink is the red one.
Go out and come back in when the bar is filled to the lock.
Talk to her to start the cutscene.
The Side Case: Big Shame Hunter starts.
Fill Miu's bar again to the next lock.
Then you have to leave and come in again to start the cutscene.
Talk to Miu to start the cutscene.
Outside, open Observation Mode and use the Detector on her.
Examine her bag. But it's not the bag. It's the shoes!
Chase and catch the woman.
SIDE CASE CLOSED - MAX Friendship with Miu.

Back in the bar, Haruko explains why Emily isn't quite herself.
Time to tail her and walk her home.
Go back to the bar.
Drink with Emily. Her favourite is the blue drink.
Fill her bar to the lock, leave the bar and come back again.
Talk to Emily and open the lock.
Now drink some more until you reach the next lock.
Exit again and come back for the next step in the relationship.

Wait for the stalker to come back.
Fight Ashihara.
