Stash Mission Start:

There is a cabin at the marker with the note on it. To get here, follow the mountain path up from the main road at the east.


Find Frank:

To find Frank, just follow the garbage trail. And then the blood trail into the cave...


Frank is dead in the cave, the key next to him.  Take it and unlock the stash door.
