Stash Mission Start:

There is a note at the Deep North Irrigation Reservoir.


Shoot the lock:

There is a house opposite the Reservoir building, over the water. Go there, climb the roof and jump over to the platform at the tree. From there, shoot the lock with a sniper rifle.

Now you can go inside. The stash is right there. Plus 3 perk magazines.
