Stash Mission Start:
There is a note in a box inside the Laurel Residence.
Find the stash:
The key card to the shed is in the flooded bunker. It's not far. Go down, dive to the table. It is indicated by a circle.
Now you can open the shed with the key card. Go inside and use the power switch to drain the bunker.
Go down the bunker and smash the barricaded passage with melee. - Then the stash is all yours. 3 perk magazines.
