From my guard tower whereein lies my dearest of properties, I watch over this land, guarding against the invasion of the barbarians who never cease. This hoard possesses the last relics of the Kingdom of Lindsey, and I forever shall defend it."

Whisby, Lincolnscire.
There is a locked house in Wisby.
The key is on the lake near the boat with the corpse.

On top of the ruinied tower above Skegi's Beard.
