Pickup:
Between Tullagh Laght and Armagh in the north
The map can be found on the road next to one of the destroyed carts and a treasure chest.
It shows a forest with roads and three circles.
Treasure Location:
Go to the south. There's Boyne Tombs.
This is the big circle on the Brega Hoard Map drawing.
The smaller tomb you are looking for is between Tullagh Laght Waypoint and Boyne Tombs.
It's not the Bandit Camp.
