When you go inside the cave, you will see a waterpool in front of the statue. Dive down. Half way down there is an underwater corridor. Follow it and dive up at the other end. Here, in this air filled part of the cave, are the 2 Loot Treasures.
Demiurgi Fort

Treasure 1 is on top of an overlook next to war supplies
Treasure 2 is at the top of the fort
Treasure 3 is in inside a tent
Treasure 4 in inside the fort tower. It's the nation chest
Dyspontion Ruins

Treasure 1 is in the southern part of the camp
Treasure 2 is in the middle section of the camp
Treasure 3 is in the upper part of the camp
The Ancient Tablet is in the southern part of the camp on top of the watch tower

Treasure 4 is in the upper northern part of the fort inside the storage building
