The Treasures are in a Cave. Face the island between the location symbol on the map and the island. Dive down. You should see the shipwreck underwater. Dive into the cave, where you'll find the Treasure. Then dive out again.

Bandit Raid

The Treasure is in the building, upstairs. The Ainigmata is outside in front of the building, ground floor. Here's how you solve it.
Bouleuterion of Thebes

Cave of Madness

Cave of the Oracle

Pick up the "A Life's Dedication" quest on the map to get into the cave and the stele part to open doors. Then slide through the small passage behind the altar. Follow the cave path. At the fork go right. Here's the door to open. You get inside a tomb like structure.
Treasure 1 is inside a room with a bookshelf
Treasure 2 is after the Treasure 1 room, up the stairs.
After Treasure 2 follow the corridor left. Treasure 3 is behind a broken pillar in the corridor.
Fort of Plataia

Treasure 1 is the Nation Treasure
Treasure 2 is in one of the center buildings upstairs
Treasure 3 is inside a house in the center of the fort
Treasure 4 is inside the building up the ladder
Healing Sanctuary of Amphiaraos

Treasure 2 is one floor down from Treasure 1
Treasure 3 is at the food storage with seperate entrance.
