Minikit 1 ( 00:10 )
A High Security Access is hidden on the first floor to the left
Minikit 2 ( 00:35 )
Blow up 3 Silver Lego Tanks in the area. One is at the bottom left, one is at the bottom right and the last one in the area with the Hight Security Access.
Minikit 3 ( 00:58)
Use Drill on the floor to the right.
Minikit 4 ( 01:22)
Use Laser to blow up the Gold Lego Wall at the first floor to the right.
Minikit 5 ( 01:36 )
Got through the vent using Vent Access, destroy the yellow/black tanks and build the minikit.
Rescue ( 02:16 )
Charge up at the bottom right with Charge Transfer and use the charge at the first floor to the right to rescue Mike.
Joker Face Off
Minikit 6 ( 02:41 )
Open up the caged in area to the right with Strength Handles. The minikit is inside.
Minikit 7 ( 03:18 )
Under water to the right, use Drone Mazes to get the minikit. I used Cyberman (he can dive).
Minikit 8 ( 04:13 )
Use a vehicle that can do "Underwater Interactions" - In my case I used Lumpy Car at Level 3 - to transport the battery to the socket.

For this one under water, you need someone who can Dive and Fix-it. That would be Robin.
Minikit 10 ( 05:32 )
Hit and destroy 5 Jack in the box. There are 4 in the control room, the last one is upstairs when facing off Joker.
